One of the most important things millennials search for in job is to possess their voices heard. An open door policy that permits millennials to voice their opinions and make suggestions will bring a more interactive work environment.

Give employees some autonomy to explore projects on their own, that they think will benefit the corporate. If millennials feel that their work is making an impression, they're going to be less likely to pursue other opportunities.

With turnover within the financial services industry on the increase, it's become important for players within the industry to evolve. Financial businesses got to realign their retention practices with the growing labor pool of millennials
